One of my closest coworkers filed an immediate resignation because she has a great job offer in another country, which is in line with her course and with a high salary rate.
It really made me sad because she was the closest to me ever since the start of my job that’s why it leaves a big impact to me. But despite of all the sadness, I still feel very happy because I know that it’s really the job that she wants and she’s one step closer to her dream.
Her scheduled flight is on the 23rd of August and my other friends and I are planning to drop her to the airport. I’m also thinking of giving her a present that she can use and I’m already considering buying her a cigar since she’s a smoker so it could be, I’ll look for an electronic cigarette from a cigar store.
We are about to meet on Saturday together with our other friends so we can spend the remaining time that she has here in the Philippines and we can bond before she leaves.
