I’ve been working in a BPO company for almost 3 months now and 1 month to go and then I’ll be eligible to avail the medical insurance that our company is offering for every employee.
This will be a great help for me since I need to undergo a minor operation and it will be a lesser expense for me since everything will be covered by the company including the medications and check up. Aside from that, I also have dental insurance plans since I want to have my teeth fixed.
I can say that I’ve been working so hard for this even though I’m new with this industry. I admit that at times, I’m having a hard time since my work schedule is not the normal time of other employees because we are following the Pacific Time. But then again, day by day, I’m getting used to it and I’m very thankful that my co-workers are very friendly and fun to be with, even my bosses that’s why it is much easier for me to adjust.
