Feels Like Insomnia

I probably need to consult my dermatologist so I can have some creams for the dark circles under eyes. I think I am an insomniac now for I’m having a hard time to sleep since last month.

These all started when I still had my classes. Since we were doing so many things like thesis and case studies, I always stay up late and wake up early just to finish all the tasks. And as a result, I think that my body got used with my sleeping time so even when I’m on vacation already and got nothing to do, I still sleep late as usual.

I really want a normal sleeping habit but I don’t know how. Every time I go to bed at around 11pm, I won’t be able to sleep but instead I will be knocked dead around 3am - 4:30am.

I can’t cope with this anymore. I’m starting to get sick and I’m getting thinner and thinner because of this. I need help, so if you have any advise, please tell me.
