Choose the Best

My auntie has been having a lot of trouble with her body weight. She thinks that she continuously gaining weight which results to having a big tummy and all that. She’s becoming conscious with her figure which sometimes frustrates her because she’s not that used to it.

And so she’s planning to take some prevention for her dilemma. She’s currently asking the pro on what is the strongest diet pill that she can use which will have a faster result.

But then again, I advised her not to take any medicines just to lose weight because I don’t think she’s that fat to use such things. Just a proper diet and regular exercise will be enough for her to get rid of her excess fats. Isn’t it that the natural way is still the best and the safest to obtain a physically fit body?

But still, it is up to her. If she still wants to take some pills, then she should better consult her doctor first to make sure of its safety.

Totally Sick

I wasn’t able to come to work a while ago. Last Sunday evening, I got dysmenorrhea and it always happens during my first to second day of my monthly period. But last Sunday was really different. I was almost screaming in pain because I cannot handle it anymore. I can’t even stand firm because it was really aching and I felt a bit dizzy. Good thing my mom was there and she immediately advised me to take some medicine to relieve the pain.

After a couple of minutes, the pain has lessened but still I felt dizzy. I tried to take a nap to get some rest and then when I woke up, I felt really terrible and then I found out that I got fever. That’s when my mom asked me not to go to work so I can take a break.

Until this afternoon, I wasn’t feeling that well. I don’t have an appetite that’s why I eat less which caused me to loss energy. All I want to do is to sleep, sleep and sleep.

But now, I’m feeling quite fine though I still don’t have the appetite. I guess I’m ready to go to work tomorrow and I hope that I continuously get well.

Coping Up!

I never thought that living in another country would be that hard for my 17 year old friend. They just migrated three months ago and until now she can’t cope up with the new environment. She’s always sending mails to me telling how tough it is for her to mingle with the people around their, because they really have different values compared to us Filipinos.

And so I wondered about the things that keep her busy especially now that she still doesn’t have friends to be with her. She told me few stuffs and I really felt her sadness. She’s always left alone in their house since her parents are working. Good thing that they have Direct TV subscription which she enjoyed the most while she’s watching at home.

Actually, her mom’s officemate introduced this DirectTV to them that’s why they were able to subscribe for it. As soon as they heard about it, they immediately checked on Directtv.com to know more about the application.

Aside from watching, my friend always visits the bookstore during her free time to buy new books for her to read. Honestly she really hates reading books while she was here at the Philippines that’s why I was a bit surprised when she told me that she already read a couple of books that she refused to read before. Oh well, I think that’s what boredom does. LOL!

Well, I just hope that sooner than later, she will be able to adapt her new environment. And I pray that she will be able to find new friends to have some company so she can enjoy her life there.

More Assets

Gold has always been a good choice of investment. You can buy and sell them anywhere at a great value with proper benefits. And because of this, many people have been starting to buy gold coins as a turning point for their investments. In that way, they will surely have additional assets to their properties.

Furthermore, most people today, choose to buy gold bullion as part of their collectibles. Just like my friend’s father who’s been collecting such things for years now. Most of them were bought by his father, while others are given to him as a present.

Actually, I’m really interested with this notion. In fact, I tried to introduce gold ira to my parents, as they may also get fascinated by the idea. In this case, they will not only have vast investments but rather they will also have something to collect for our family’s future use.

And so I suggest that buying and collecting gold coins might be a good start for everyone. By doing this, we can definitely acquire various benefits that can give us a better life especially in the future.

Fully Booked

Summer is not yet over though we are currently experiencing rainy days for a couple of times. But this doesn’t mean that we have to stop going to beaches and out of town trips while enjoying the heat of the sun, fine sand and getting tanned.

Actually, I’m still in vacation mode. In fact, I still have a lot of plans with my friends, family and even my officemates.

May 1 – 2: Team Building with my officemates. We are going to Pagsanjan at Laguna and we will be staying at our boss’ resort. I’m quite excited because this will be my first team building.

May 9 – 10: The company of my sister’s hubby will have an outing somewhere at San Juan Batangas. My sister, Bela and I are coming. I’m really looking forward to this because I really want to go back to the beach.

May 17: This is still a tentative schedule. My friends and I are still working out with this plan but we’re still not yet sure because we are having a hard time with our different schedules. But most probably, we are planning to go to Splash Island.

May 20: The whole family, together with my cousins, aunts and uncles are planning to go to Club Manila East. I hope we can push through with this plan.

I think my schedule for May is really hectic. LOL! But then, I can manage because this will surely be a lot of fun.

New Life

I was having a conversation with my friend a while ago. Actually, it’s been quite a while since we last talked to each other. We talked a lot of stuffs and she mentioned that they will soon be moving at Ontario Canada this coming August that’s why she will not enroll for this semester anymore as she will just continue her studies at Canada.

Fortunately, all their documents and requirements are all complete. As early as now, her parents are now looking for Retirement Living since they will be moving at Canada for good. And so I suggested that they can check on www.senioropolis.com so they can have ideas and information for their plans.

Her parents prefer to have Retirement Homes because of the great services that they can get. Aside from that, they think that it will be more helpful for them because they will have the quality assurance that they want.

Furthermore, Retirement Residences will be more beneficial to them and will be a lot easier for them to find a right house for their family.

Oh well, I just hope that they will be able to find the best for them. I wish them luck and I pray that they will have a better and safe life there at Ontario Canada. I will surely miss my friend.

Collector at Heart

My sister’s hubby is a certified collector. It’s been years since he started collecting different stuffs and until now, he’s really into all kinds of collectibles. He has a lot of NBA and wrestling action figures, baseball caps, DVDs, metal coins, magazines, bills, posters and even toy cars.

But then again, he started to realize that he can also buy gold coins to add in his current collectibles which can therefore be an asset to him or even to his family. In that way, he will also have an investment since gold will always have a great value.

When he told this to my sister, she didn’t agree right away because she thinks of how much gold will cost. But lately, she finally realized that it’s a good idea for it can be a great investment for them. Furthermore, she thought that it will be a great help for them especially in their future use.

Work,Work, Work...

I just want to apologize for not updating my blogs regularly. I am really busy since I still have my OJT! I can’t find time to go online because I’m spending most of my time at the office and unfortunately, they haven’t assemble their new network connection that’s why we still have no internet to use during work which is a bit hard for us.

It’s my 3rd week at work and I still have to attend one more week to complete my requirements. I’m having fun with my work since my officemates are very approachable and friendly to me that’s why I’m very comfortable working with them but I have to admit that the only thing that I hate with my OJT, it’s waking up at 5 o’clock in the morning because office works starts at 7 AM.

But anyway, I’ll make sure that right after I completed my OJT requirements, I’ll definitely catch up and start posting new entries again.

Red is My Color

Your Toes Should Be Red

You pretend to be an old fashioned girly girl, but you're secretly a naughty girl deep down.

Your ideal guy: Tall, strong, and handsome - with a devilish twinkle in his eye.

Stay away from: Nice, safe men. They won't really give you what you want!

Confessions

I always admit and confess that I spend a lot of money in buying clothes, bags, shoes and slippers. At times, I don’t care how much they costs, because if I really want something and I know that it will satisfy my contentment, I really don’t hesitate to spend my money.

But then again, ever since I used my credit card in my shopping, it often gives me sort of dilemmas because I can’t pay my credits on time. And this is the reason why at times now, I choose to save my money than spending it. Of course I want to have a credit repair so that I can be cleared of all my charges.

Currently, I learn how to budget correctly my money. I have already lessen my shopping expenses and I told myself that before I buy something, I must first consider fix credit step before I buy what I want. I even promised to myself that I should prioritize other important things first so that I will be able to force myself in spending less.

I realized that credit repair is really that significant because if we don’t consider this, we can possibly encounter dealing simultaneous bad debts.

Frustrated and Desperate

My best friend has been complaining because she gained a lot of weight ever since she gave birth. It’s been six months since she gave birth and up to now she can’t see enough progress in losing weight.

It’s been her dilemma for a couple of month now and as far as I can see, she’s really having a hard time losing weight. Because of this, she became frustrated since she’s not used in that kind of figure. Before she gave birth, she has a slim body and really has nice curves and those are the reasons why it’s too depressing for her.

She began taking pills and other natural resources just to lose pounds but it seems like it didn’t work well for her. And now, she’s currently trying the Kettlebell as she exercise regularly at the gym or even at home.

I guess she’s becoming desperate. But if I were in her shoes, I think I might feel the same way. Because gaining a lot of weight is my greatest fear. LOL!

Good Luck!

I’ve been doing a lot of research for my friend’s upcoming business. He asked me a favor to help him with the details and as well as the proper management of it.

He’s planning to start his own business and he chose a car wash station. Actually, it was his dad who insisted him to choose that because base on his dad’s reviews about the said business, he found out that the income is good. And since he’ll be working with his dad, he agreed to have it.

Currently, they have already found a perfect place for their car wash station and fortunately, the rent is very affordable. Furthermore, they are now looking for the materials, machines and other equipments that they will need just like the car lifts, water tanks for the water supply and many more.

I’m really hoping that this business will work for them as this can be a great start and stepping stone for my friend as a businessman. Well, I wish them luck.

Wordless Wednesday no.22 - My Tattoo

Stressful Work

It’s been a very long and busy day for me. I did a lot of works in the office which made me so tired. Ever since I started with my OJT, I’ve been doing loads of stuff which causes me too much stress. I’m still not used in getting up at 5 o’clock in the morning to prepare for my work. The office hours start at 7 in the morning and ends at 5:30 in the afternoon so I am working at 10.5 hours a day. Can you imagine that?

The moment I arrived a while ago, I immediately went straight to my room and lie down for a while because I really feel so sick and dizzy. My body is not really functioning well that’s why I currently don’t have a good appetite. I am really tired but good thing, my boyfriend fetch me at the office so I can have some company as I go home. He got worried when I told him that I’m not feeling well that’s why he went straight to my office right after his work. And since I am in bit hurry to go home a while ago, I think I forgot to shut down my computer at the office and unfortunately I forgot my lunch box and my new logo water bottles.

So I think I have to rest now before my condition get worst. I still have work tomorrow so I have to sleep now.

School Project

Our school is currently having some problems with regards to our website. Apparently, they were not able to monitor and continue the maintenance of our school website and that’s why until now, we do not have any available site to give information to other people regarding our school.

And that’s why, we, the students under the computer studies department are asked to work on the web hosting to produce our own site for the benefit of our school and mostly other people. By doing this, we can help other students to get information easier via internet. And also, by supporting this project, we can be able to notify other people who are interested in studying in our school to have a deeper knowledge about our standards.

To start this site, everyone is assigned to research about webmaster reviews to get more information on holding our own site. Also, we are tasked to review the content management so that we can have a better idea on the proper way of maintaining the site.

I just hope that this will be successful since our professors are expecting a lot from us.

Happy Birthday Mom!

It’s my mom’s birthday today. And before the day ends, let me greet her.

To the best mom in the world, Happy, Happy Birthday!! Wishes of good health, continuous happiness, strength and more blessings. We thank you for all the goodness, patience and sacrifices you’ve shown in our family. We love you mom, very much!

Family Outing

Summer is still ongoing. And though I’ve been through a couple of outings this month, I’m still in vacation mood. I still want to go the beach and spend my day with my family or friends.

And since my sister feels the same way, we are actually planning to have another out of town trip but this time, together with the whole family including our cousins, aunts and uncles. My aunt is suggesting having an overnight stay on one of the resorts that we usually go to every summer but we are thinking to look for another place that is just few miles away from Manila so that my grandmother will not get too tired of the long ride.

Then again, since we are a big group, we are trying to look for promos just like what they offer in the Econo Lodge American values contest so that we can lessen the expenses. But I don’t know if we can find discounts since it is summer and it’s we all know that it is the peak season.

Oh well, I think we just have to keep looking if we really want to push through with this. Hopefully, we can finalize the plans after holy week.

Wordless Wednesday no.21 - I Love the Shirts

I Want!!

Before I go searching for Argentina travel, I checked out first the link that my sister sent me. I found out that it is from artscow and they are offering new products that are really nice and has a budget friendly price. Their newest product that is on sale now is the custom netbook case. It comes from three sizes and I think, you can add images or other embellishments on the case as to how you want it to look like.

Actually, I’m really planning to avail one for my MacBook but I still don’t have any idea on how I am going to design it. I’m really not that creative yet I’m thinking if I can put a collage of pictures on that case but I still don’t know if it will work.

Anyway, I’ll just start working with this next week. I think, I still need more information on how to create this custom netbook case.
