It’s been three weeks since I encountered some problems in my internet connection and up to now, my internet is down.
I’ve been using my sister’s internet that’s why I am still able to catch up and update with my things and my blogs. But there are times that my sister is using their internet that’s why I sometimes cannot do my research for my thesis and other case studies.
I already reported my problem in their customer service hotline but up to now they still have no response. I even visited the Smart Wireless Center at the mall but unfortunately, their system is down by the time that I went there that’s why they cannot accommodate any transactions and reports.
I don’t know what to do with my internet. In just a few days, my monthly bill will be delivered and of course I have to pay for that even though I was not able to use it. I’m getting tired of following up my problem and coping up with their poor service.
