Great Service

Ever since we subscribed with Direct Tv, we never had any sort of problems regarding their system. We always enjoy the service offered by them as well as the good quality that they invest in their product. But not until last week. I don’t know what really happened but our Direct TV suddenly shut down. There were errors in channel receptions and often times, it cannot receive signals.

So what my mom did is call for Direct TV Service that will response to our problem. She tried t elaborate and explained what happened and asked for the possible cause. My mom evenly requested for a visit so they can check the problems immediately.

Fortunately, their service was very fast to respond our request. They immediately approved our request and they sent their staffs to check what might happen in our case.

After they had conducted their inspection, it appeared that our Direct TV System was a bit damaged. Maybe because of the rain that it loses its connection that resulted to lack of signals. And now, since they already fixed the main problem, we can now use it again and thanks to their great service.
