LP #4: Ang Pagwawagi!

(I’ve been through a lot of hardships in my life. There have been problems, fears, pain, prejudices and sorrows. But despite of all these things, I’m still here and I never gave up for whatever trials I had and everything is because of the help and support of my family and friends.

I can therefore say that I am a winner. Whatever circumstances come, I know that I am not alone. I maybe unfortunate when it comes to love, but that’s not a reason for me to lose hope because I know many people truly love me just like my family and friends.

And for that, I thank them so much for their continuous support and love that they showered upon me.)

Wasted!!

It’s been another very long day for me. I came to school early for I have to meet the cheer dancers and polish their steps so they can perform well on Sunday. Then after three hours of practicing, I went straight to my class and reviewed our lessons because our professor said that we have to get ready because we are going to have our graded recitation. But luckily, he didn’t show up and we spent our two hour period doing our assignment.

Next thing that I did is to attend my accounting class. (so boring. LOL) Majority of our class cannot understand our lessons because our professor is not that good in teaching and she teaches so fast that’s why up to now; we still don’t know how to make financial statements. LOL!

Right after our accounting is our Mathematical Analysis II. We were scheduled for a long exam and I wasn’t able to review well since I’m rushing some other things. Sad to say, I didn’t finish the exam and I’m just hoping that we will be given credits for the efforts for solving the problems.

And lastly, I watched the toxic dancing competition held in our school grounds and fortunately, we won but then again, I was very unfortunate for I lost my compact flash card while waiting for the nerve racking announcement of winners.

And now that I’m home, I can finally take a rest and prepare myself for a whole day practice tomorrow.

QOTW #5

Yen's QOTW

1.Does your age make you feel left out? Not really.
2. How do people of the same gender as you but taller than yourself make you feel? Uhmm.. a bit smaller?
3.When did you last scream? Why? A while ago. When I was about to go home, I and my friends passed at our college building’s corridor and the whole place is so dark since it is almost ten o’clock. I think we were the last persons left there that’s why I got scared and my friends even teased me with scary stuffs that’s why I screamed.
4. What do other people do that irritate you that you recognize it as a weakness in yourself? When they play with my hair. Honestly, I really don’t want people to touch my hair.
5. Have you ever slipped on a banana peel? Not yet.
6. Have you ever walked around someone else’s home barefoot? Of course. Many times.
7. What do you do when you are left home alone? Read, blog and movie marathon.
8. When someone is vague or confusing, how do you process it? It depends. But usually, I ask them so many things until everything is fine.
9. Typically, when someone says to you: “I’ll be five minutes”, how long do they actually take? Sometimes, HALF AN HOUR or even AN HOUR!! (bitter??)
10. For you, what is the best word in the English language? Love!!

New Agenda

I was with my friend last two weeks and we attended a seminar regarding job opportunities and job interviews. The speakers discussed the proper gestures and tips to look smart and presentable while having a job interview and also, they presented some of the best companies in our country today.

I wasn’t really planning to go with my friend because I get easily bored with seminars. I don’t like to spend my whole day listening to the speakers and waiting for the certificates and freebies at the end. I am absolutely not that type of person. But then again, I realized that this kind of seminar will be a great help for me, especially now that I’ll be having my OJT this coming summer. Indeed, this will help me to find great job opportunities that can give me a very good training and help me enhance my capabilities.

At the end of the seminar, I was really thankful for I’ve learned a lot and I was even fascinated by the things that I must do when the time comes that I’m already working. I just hope that this can be the great start of my career.

Caught the Twilight Fever

My most awaited movie is now on. Twilight is now showing and I really waited for this for I am a huge fan of twilight saga.

November 26 is the first day of screening and unfortunately I have classes so I will not be able to watch it on the first day. But I’ve already made plans and I am going to watch it on the second day because I don’t have classes by that time. I’m with my sister, cousin and my other friend and we all agreed to watch at Gateway.

I’m so excited about this and I really can’t wait to watch it. I’ve been waiting for this for months and I’m sure that I’m going to watch it for so many times. LOL! I just hope that I will not get disappointed with this. I’m really expecting a very great movie just like in the book.

I know Twilight addicts are now feeling the same way as mine. Have a great time in watching. LOL!

My Duties as a Cheer Leader

When I came back from Hong Kong, the first thing I did is to check my mail since I wasn’t able to open it for four days. I was surprised because I’ve got so many mails and I’m not really expecting some of them.

But before I read all my mails, I first downloaded some cheering dance steps from the internet because I was assigned to formulate a cheering presentation for our sports fest. I tried to save every video that I can use so that I will have many ideas to finish the dance steps. I badly need those since I am not a pro in formulating my own moves.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to save everything because my computer memory is almost full. Obviously, I need to delete some of my files so that I can save my downloaded videos. So what I did is to check my account and I tried to see some documents that are not that important. I was able to erase these unimportant files and it really helped a lot to maximize my memory.

New Discovery

My friend forwarded a message to me last two weeks. It contains Wiki information which I am not totally familiar to. First I just simply ignored it but I didn’t erase it in my inbox. The next day, another friend of mine forwarded the same message and that’s when I started to get curious about its whole content.

When I read the message, I discovered that there are links included and when I opened it, I found a site where you can make your own blog and talk about everything you want. Wikis are now being considered by many since this can be a means of entertainment with the addition that you can get different information.

After reading every detail, I’m now planning to be part of Wikis since some of my friends are now creating their own site by this. I know that I’ll be able to be more updated and somehow gain more friends with this.

Thanks to my friends who introduced this notion to me. I hope that I will be able to find time to participate here.

Wordless Wednesday no.17 - That's Me

Labyrinthine Path

In our endless quest in pursuit of happiness and success it makes life an arena for a never ending art of learning. Whether it is imbued for personal enhancement to gain new perspective on life or with entrepreneurial spirit, it’s the right attitude to tread and move forward to fulfill the next greater version of our self.

Making efforts to find ways to enrich one’s knowledge and skills is not always easy, but certainly is rewarding. It is true, this context that neuro linguistic programming paved the way for the birth of NLP training programs. The dynamics of NLP training courses have been highly exponential. Culled together and are taught in the practical context under the purview and tutelage of the most adroit training instructions who are abreast and patient in explaining every step of the way the minute details of the lessons in relevant with the course. Every training participants of NLP is guaranteed to be equipped and achieved veritable knowledge and understanding regarding different interactions and socializations to focus on positive goals that will serve to their purpose and heed of their souls.

On the other hand, part of the program is the ultimate challenge for the participants. Firewalking tradition challenges the inherent power of the human to go beyond its capacity. These indeed will help them reach new heights for a whole new level of confidence.

Needless to say, these can be a great of help for people who are seeking for new training which includes the test of their capability when it comes to their emotional and spiritual capacities.

Christmas Shopping

Finally, I was able to start my Christmas shopping. I was at Greenhills last week to look after our cell phone shop. But then I got bored because there were only few people at the mall and maybe that’s because it is a week day and most people are at work or school.

I decided to leave the shop and asked our saleslady to take charge. I went around looking for some new clothes. After buying my stuffs, I then decided to start my shopping list for this coming Christmas and here are the things that I bought.

1. My mom’s shoes and make-up kit.
2. My dad’s shirts and cigarette case (his request).
3. My brother’s laptop case.
4. My aunt’s window blinds. I decided to buy these because she just moved to her new house and she’s still doesn’t have some furniture and equipments.
5. Different styles of scarves for my granny. I bought her four.
6. I also bought blinds for my cousin because I think her old ones need to be replaced and I know that she doesn’t have enough time to buy because she’s so busy on her work. (Thanks to Hunter Douglas’ articles for giving me this idea.)

I still have to buy gifts for some of my family members and of course my friends. Actually, I’m planning to buy some gifts at Hong Kong but I don’t know if my budget is enough.

Stars and Moons for My Bathroom

I went home a little late a while ago because right after my class, I went straight to the mall with my classmates to eat since we were all kind of starving. We walked from our school to the mall and when we got there, we really can’t arrive with a decision on where we are going to eat our dinner.

While we were still thinking, I asked my friends’ company to help me look for bathroom vanities because I really want to change the things in my bathroom. After that, I went to supermarket to buy some things that I’ll need for our Hong Kong trip this Saturday.

Fortunately, I was also able to buy a shower curtain for my bathroom and I so love the design because it has stars all over it. Suddenly, my artistic side strikes and I can’t help but think of some new designs that I will do for my bathroom.

I want my bathroom to have stars and moons which made me think that I should change my cabinet hardware. I’m even planning to buy lamp shades and of course the shape should be stars and I will hang them up on the ceiling.

I’m also planning to ask my dad to find a decorative wood that will suit in my new decorations. I want everything to be well fitted in my designs and that’s the reason why I’m looking for the best quality and best style. I can now picture out my new looked bathroom and I can’t wait to organize everything.

After planning my things, we finally decided to eat at Tokyo Tokyo. We were all tired and really hungry that’s why when dinner was served, we ate hungrily until we were all full.

Just Having Some Thoughts

Sometimes, we just can’t tell anybody what our heart is longing for. We prefer to be quiet and simple let our feelings go though at times we are deeply hurting. We think that it is best if we just keep our feelings to ourselves because we are afraid that people may not accept and understand it. We are afraid of their reactions, prejudices and most especially rejections.

But how can we evade the feeling if we can’t even last a day without missing that certain person? How can we escape the effin situation if we know deep in ourselves that he or she is the one that we are longing for so long? How can we ignore our feelings if he or she is the one who can makes us happy?

Life is so ironic. But why should we afraid to face the ironies? We must not let other people’s emotions ruin us. We have to live our life with our own perceptions because if we let them run our lives, then we cannot be in our most wanted decisions and situations.

Why keep ourselves afraid of the pain and the grief? We only live once and we can never turn back the time. Learn to face the reality. Be brave enough and say what your heart is longing for before the moment passes you by. And then, at the end of the day, we will surely realize that everything is worth it.

Still on Travels

Just three days from now and we are finally leaving for our Hong Kong and Macau trip. Then again, I and my sister are still in travel moods though we already have new plans for January.

Since holidays are coming, we want to travel more and spend our time together somewhere. We really don’t want to stay at our house the whole time during holidays because for sure, we will somehow get bored since we might end up doing nothing.

I and my sister agreed that we are going to look for cheap holidays when we get back here after our trip so we can make our vacations very worth it. We are planning to go out of town this coming Christmas and I know that we have limited time now since Christmas is fast approaching and we only have days left. So what we are planning to do is to ask our friends’ help and even my mom’s help to take care of this while we are still at Hong Kong and then we get back, we are going to take over immediately to finalize the plans. I hope that we can be able to find a perfect place to go to celebrate Christmas. I’m sure, everyone will enjoy if we can push through with our plans.

If possible, we are also asking you for some suggestions where we can best spend our last minute holidays. Every opinion will surely be given considerations and appreciation. So if you have things in mind, just feel free to leave a comment. Thank you very much in advance.

New Discovery

My dad’s office is newly renovated. They have new paint colors and furniture that suits the entire decorations. They decided to do this because they want to look more elegant with their clients and other visitors. They are now polishing some parts of the room and after that, they will start setting up the computers, internets, telephone line and electricity and after that, everything will be in order and ready for a new workplace.

My dad showed me his new office trough pictures and I was really fascinated with some of his new furniture that was newly bought. I do like the hag chairs that looked very comfortable and perfect for long hours of working especially when all you do is sit in front of your computer and finish all your duties.

And then I thought that this is best for our computer room, so I immediately asked my mom if we can also buy a new chair just like with my dad’s. I showed her other designs of capisco chairs and I let her choose which one is best for our computer room.

We are planning to order next week and I am hoping that it will not take too long to be delivered. And by the way, I have to thank my dad for giving me this idea.

Happy Birthday Bocx!!

It’s my friend’s birthday this coming November 17 but I still haven’t think of any gift to give her. Well anyway, she’s planning to have a house party for her birthday celebration on November 22, Saturday evening. I am really sad that I will not be able to make it because at that time, I’m still at Hong Kong.

I hope you will be able to read this bocx.

I want to greet you an advance happy, happy birthday. I want to say sorry if I will not be present on your party but I promise to make it up to you. (You know my reason right?) Good for My Grandma

My grandmother is now 83 years old. She’s still strong and she can manage to go to market with that age. We really don’t allow her to go on her own but then she refuses to have company and prefers to go by herself.

At times, we just let her do what she wants because if we don’t allow her, she will get angry and start to have her mood swings. But of course, we always end up worried about her because we can never have an assurance for her safety. Though she’s strong enough to do some works, we can never say that she will be out of danger or accidents.

Because of this, we are thinking of buying her a Medical Alarm so we will be able to monitor her and have an immediate remedy though we are not around. We always want to make sure that she’s in a good condition because we care for her so much. I know this can be a great help for us to give her proper protection.

Ask Your Doctor

We all know that uses of diet pills are very popular nowadays. But then again, I always wonder if fat burners really worked and if they do have a 100% guarantee of safety especially to the health of the ones using it.

Many popular pills have been widely known but often times, there are negative feedbacks on a certain product. There are some side effects which made the user’s condition worst and very unhealthy. Problems occurred while they are currently taking the pill which leads to a very devastating feeling for them.

Nevertheless, there are still trustworthy products that we can avail. They produce a high quality product which guarantees every user that it is safe and very effective. Well, some has really been proven to provide positive effects which definitely help the people. There are even reviews that you can read that can guide you if you are still in doubt or hesitant of using that product. Just like in lipovox review, true stories of some users are stated there which can give you an idea on how it will affect you.

We just have to remember that we should first consider our safety before taking anything. It would be best if we will consult the doctor first so we will know the right things for us.

Unique Project

Thursday is my free day since I don’t have classes but of course, not exactly free because I still have to do my school works. Often times, I just stay at our house and finish all my home works so I will be well prepared the following day.

Fortunately, last Thursday, I was able to break away from school stuffs and all that. I had my free time and got nothing else to do which somehow made my day a bit boring. As I waited for a nice movie in the cable, I decided to read a magazine first so I will be able to do something while waiting.

Suddenly, there was a certain topic in the magazine that really caught my attention. The topic is all about Car Donations. It was my first time to see that kind of topic that’s why the sudden curiosity strikes me and different things came into my mind.

At first, I thought to myself, will there be someone who will be willing to donate car? I mean why will they donate their car if they invested money for that? Then my riddles were then answered as I went through the article. There were some sponsors who donated their used cars to help the organization. They don’t actually require any brand of cars, for as long as it is useful enough to give help for the needy then it is said to be qualified. This is actually a campaign especially for the youth who needs proper guardian and protection.

They are doing this for some certain agenda that will benefit people who seek for food and even care. They are not doing this to make any crime that is against the law, but they are doing this for the sake of helping through charity works. Actually, if I do have cars, I will be willing enough to donate my car so because this can be a great way of sharing my blessings to those that are unfortunate.

No Smoking

“Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health.” This is the famous line whenever we see advertisements and we can even read it on some of the packages of cigars. This serves as a reminder to the people especially to smokers. But why do we still produce this kind of product if we all know that it is very harmful?

Some theory says that every stick of cigar can take away minutes or even hours of our lives. But as we can see, many people are still smoking and they don’t even bother to try to stop their addictions. Though they are all aware how much disease can cause them, they still use it without hesitations.

But here’s the thing, the worst case scenario that I witnessed about the use of cigars is that, even the young ones are now learning to use it. Just like what I saw while I was on my way to school. I saw a boy smoking on the street and it seems like he is just about six years old. I was so curious and I just can’t help myself but to ask his age. I was so shocked when he told me that he is just five years old. So you see what I mean? Even the young ones and literally, very young ones are under the influence of smoking.

I just hope that our government will do some actions for this. And I hope that everyone will be able to help change this problem and be able to start the notion of self discipline.

Night Market

I remembered the time when we were in Hong Kong last 2007. I was with my sister and we were walking along the night market to shop for some things for our friends. As we approach every stall, we got attracted on one of the stores which sell somewhat like utensils and other accessories for decorating the house. We tried to look around and we spotted a blomus stainless fireplace set.

My sister really wants to buy it but then I told her that we cannot actually use that at home. She then realized my point and decided to just look for another item that can be more useful. We searched the place and again she found one and honestly, we were not that familiar about it. We asked for assistance and the lady told us that it is a blomus stainless steel firepit. We really don’t know if we can actually use it here in our country because we think that it is not that suitable. That’s why we end up looking again for something to buy.

Fortunately, I found a very nice blomus stainless steel teaset. I showed it to my sister and she really liked it. We bought one and we agreed to give it to our grandmother as our present and finally, that was the end of our shopping for that night.

Questions

My friend asked me, “How would you know if you like someone?” At first I find it awkward to answer because I don’t know if I can give her the right words. I really don’t have any idea on how to explain it but eventually, I was able to say few things to her.

I told her that based from my experiences; I know in myself that I like someone if I care a lot to that person. If that someone can make me happy in a very special way, then I can say that I like that person. Well these are just my thought that time and now, I can somehow explain it further.

If I treat a person so special, then I can say that I like him. If I miss that special person in a way that I always want to have time with him or just see him, then no doubt, I do like that certain person. Most especially, if things are becoming mutual then there’s no point in asking if I like that person.

Best Wishes

Just this morning, I received an email from my friend. At first, I thought the subject of her mail was a very big joke that’s why I ignored it first and focused on my other important emails. After I have finished reading my messages, I then decided to open my mail from my dearest friend.

The subject says, “Wedding invitation”. Upon reading the message, my friend’s name surprised me. And as I go on, I saw my name and very happy to see that I am her maid of honor and only then that I finally realized that she is not kidding. Yes, my friend is getting married in 2010. She is so excited to tell me that’s why she sent me the layout of her invitation as early as now. I was totally shocked for we never talked about this whenever we are together, but on the other hand, I am very happy for her for I know that this is what she really wants.

The moment I finished reading the invitation, I immediately called her and we were shouting on the phone and rejoicing for her upcoming dream wedding. Then after a while, we suddenly can’t help but cry together, expressing our tears of joy.

So now, I want to greet her for an early best wishes and I hope that they will enjoy their honeymoon plans at las vegas. Congratulations my friend.

Golden Box

I shared the same amount of joys and excitements that embellished the whole clan when we finally move into the house our parents newly bought. I was overwhelmed as I look at my parents’ faces exulting in great sense of total fulfillment. Our new home promises an aura of comfort that blends well with luxury surrounded by friendly and accommodating neighbors. It truly represents a perfect backdrop for an idyllic place to live in.

With less than a week, seemingly everybody has settled to the comfort of our new home and place except for me. The system and the way the mailboxes like ours were constructed in a cluster which is a street cross far from our residence galls me so much. As a novice writer, I depend so much on the information fed to me by emails and mails. Every day, my day will not be completed without checking the mail box as soon as I arrive home even at the late hours of the night. But by the present situation, still as a stranger to this place and being a lady, creates scary and worrying thoughts.

While cerebrating for my best option, I end up surfing the internet hoping to find a reputable company that manufactured and sell quality mail boxes. It turned out to be a clever move as the site proves to me nonetheless fleeting and helpful as I leaf down the pages browsing the many unique design which seems to be the trademark of the golden box collection.

Having been completely satisfied with the information, I decided to arrange an order for the personalized wall mailbox. It puts a vantage point being new to the place and omniscient to the residents. Now, I’m finally felt at ease and I was able to get rid of my cheesy thoughts that kept on playing on my mind.

QOTW #4

Yen's QOTW

1. Are you living in a fantasy world all your own? Nope. Living my happy life with my family and friends is a very real thing.
2. You’re sitting on a small rock with your 5,6,7,8 years old child in your lap, watching the blue sea together, what would you talk about? How God made the world so beautiful just like what they are seeing.
3. If you have all the time in the world, what would you change about your life? Nothing. I love my life despite of the hardships and pain that I had experienced.
4. What is the best thing that ever happened to you this past week? Our family bonding.
5. I seldom _______ without a _______ in my _______. I seldom leave the house without a hanky in my pocket.
6. Is there something you will never do? Kill myself. LOL!!
7. Naughty or nice…which have you been this year? Middle, I think.
8. How self-conscious are you? Let’s say, 75% self-conscious.
9. Do you think photos of you capture your essence? It’s better to think that way right? LOL!!
10. When I get angry,________________. Keep quiet for a moment and then cry.

Fooling Around

Since I’m still having my second thoughts about the gifts that I will buy for my cousins, I decided to ask them to make their wish list. And since all of them are still kids, I expected that they will request for toys like Barbie dolls, remote control cars and all that and if they will ask me these kind of stuffs then I guess I won’t have trouble because I think I can still afford them.

But suddenly, I was shocked the moment I saw their wishes. And here are their lists.

Jego – playstation 3 (a second hand will do)
Aliah – Nokia 6300 (take note, she’s just ten years old)
Joseph – Nintendo Wii

So, as you can see, their asking for gadgets which I can’t actually afford. I was totally stunned and speechless and then I thought that they are really expecting so much from me that’s why they came up with these.

I can’t even buy a Wii fit for myself, so how much more for their wishes. What I did is talk to them to explain my side that I can’t still afford those gadgets. Fortunately they understood me and then I found out that they were only making fun of me.

Wordless Wednesday no.15 - One Happy "KID"

What's Wrong with Me?

I’m not doing so well this day. While I was at school a while ago, I’m feeling woozy and at first, I thought that I was just hungry so what I did is eat my snack hoping that I will be able to get rid of my dizziness. Hours passed and nothing has changed. I just ignored it and waited for the time to go home.

While I was on my way home, I can feel that my situation is getting worst. My whole body is shaking and it felt like I was going to pass out at any moment. Fortunately, I still got home safely and when I got inside our house, my mom noticed that something wrong is going on with me since I looked so pale and wasted. She’s asking me how am I feeling but I can’t answer her since I don’t exactly know what is going on with me.

My mom assisted me immediately and she got my blood pressure. We found out that my blood is low and that can be a great possibility why I felt so woozy. I took a rest for a moment and after that I ate my dinner though I don’t have the appetite.

I think one of the causes of my low blood is I don’t get enough rest and sleep and I always stay late at night just like what I am doing now. LOL! Though, I’m not feeling well, I’m still looking at my computer instead of sleeping. LOL!! Well I guess I have to turn this off now before my mom finds out that I’m still awake. Haha

Most Awaited Trip

Exactly sixteen days from now, we’re leaving for Hong Kong. We are going to stay there for four days and three nights and we are planning to stop by at Macau. Our final itinerary is not yet done and hopefully we will be able to arrange everything one week before we leave.

Actually, our trip is for my niece’s birthday celebration. She’s turning three this coming November 16 that’s why her mom decided to have Disney vacations because she knows that her daughter will surely love it. She even booked for our hotel accommodations at Disneyland hotel so that her daughter will be able to explore the whole place. Also, some of our friends who have gone there told us that Disney characters are just around the hotel that’s why my sister chose to stay there because the last time we went there, we were not able to get close to most of the characters.

I know that my niece Bela will surely enjoy this vacation. Though we are going to spend a lot of money for this, I know it will be all worth it.

51 Days to Go!!

It’s just few days from now before Christmas and most of us are now preparing for this. We can never deny the spirit of Christmas for we can now feel it anywhere. Some have already put up their Christmas trees and houses are even decorated with Christmas lights.

Moreover, some malls are now having sales for customers who wish to have their early Christmas shopping. Likewise, different promos are offered to satisfy the buyers. Actually, my mom already purchased some discount furniture that she needs for the preparation of our house for this Christmas. She wants to add more details in our house to look more pleasant in the eyes of her visitors.

We all know that Christmas is one of the special events that happen every year. People are very joyful and excited for all the preparations but for me, the most important part of Christmas is for us to give thanks and learn how to share our blessings and most especially our love to other people. Remember that material things cannot replace the importance of good values that we have to possess in our life.

Still on Edward Cullen

I haven’t been reading the third book of Twilight saga because I’m quite busy hanging out with my friends and finishing Grey’s Anatomy. And because of that, I’m missing my Edward Cullen so much. LOL!

How I wish I’ll be able to find my own Edward Cullen (but not a vampire of course). He’s just my ideal guy. Well, I think everybody will agree with me. LOL! We all know Edward’s characteristics that's why a girl will easily fall in love with him and there’s no doubt about it.

One thing that I most love about Edward is the way he loves Bella eternally. No matter how dangerous it may seem, he will try his best to save Bella. He will do everything to protect her for he thinks that without Bella, he’s nothing. He will even say “You are my life now” and for me, that’s the sweetest thing that a guy can say.

How am I supposed to look for my Edward Cullen? Haha.. If there will be a guy who can be my Edward Cullen, then I think I couldn’t ask for anything more.

How's San Francisco?

My friend is now living with her mom at San Francisco. She’s been there for about a month now and my only communication with her is through email. We’ve been friends for a very long time that’s why at times; we badly miss each other’s company.

During her first week at San Francisco, she really had a hard time adjusting with her new environment. I can feel her loneliness though she’s with her mom now. She rarely went out since she still has no friends at all because she’s not used with the kind of people there. She noticed that people with the same age as hers are more independent and somehow hard to approach.

Then one morning, she heard about DirectTV offers. She got really interested since she’s getting so bored with their DVDs. She tried to get information about the application, requirements and benefits of this. She knew at that point that this can be a great option for her to enjoy her time and get rid of loneliness. She immediately told it to her mom and fortunately, she was able to convince her. What they did is to arrange the available DirecTV deals as soon as possible.

She’s really thankful since her mom gives her anything she wants. And now, she’s getting used with her new life at San Francisco. She now has friends to get along with and of course, she’s enjoying her new stuffs just like their DirecTV. I hope that she can adjust completely and be happy for her new chapter of her life with her mom.
