Fooling Around

Since I’m still having my second thoughts about the gifts that I will buy for my cousins, I decided to ask them to make their wish list. And since all of them are still kids, I expected that they will request for toys like Barbie dolls, remote control cars and all that and if they will ask me these kind of stuffs then I guess I won’t have trouble because I think I can still afford them.

But suddenly, I was shocked the moment I saw their wishes. And here are their lists.

Jego – playstation 3 (a second hand will do)
Aliah – Nokia 6300 (take note, she’s just ten years old)
Joseph – Nintendo Wii

So, as you can see, their asking for gadgets which I can’t actually afford. I was totally stunned and speechless and then I thought that they are really expecting so much from me that’s why they came up with these.

I can’t even buy a Wii fit for myself, so how much more for their wishes. What I did is talk to them to explain my side that I can’t still afford those gadgets. Fortunately they understood me and then I found out that they were only making fun of me.
